1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Legosols services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Legosols provides two primary types of services:

  • SaaS Products (Tenant-Based): Subscription-based software solutions with monthly or annual billing
  • Custom Projects (One-Time): Bespoke software development with project-based pricing

3. SaaS Products - Tenant-Based Services

3.1 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled 7 days before renewal date
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services

3.2 Data & Privacy

  • Your data is stored securely in isolated tenant environments
  • We maintain regular backups of your data
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload
  • Data deletion requests honored within 30 days of account closure

3.3 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • 99.5% uptime guarantee for SaaS products
  • 24/7 technical support via email and WhatsApp
  • Scheduled maintenance with 48-hour notice
  • Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA commitments

4. Custom Projects - One-Time Development

4.1 Project Scope & Timeline

  • Detailed project scope defined in Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Timeline estimates provided based on project complexity
  • Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost
  • Client approval required for major milestone deliveries

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Milestone-Based: Payment released upon completion of agreed milestones
  • Typical Structure: 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% upon completion
  • Payment due within 7 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest

4.3 Intellectual Property

  • Full IP rights transfer to client upon final payment
  • Legosols retains rights to reusable components and frameworks
  • Client receives source code and documentation
  • Legosols may showcase project in portfolio (with permission)

4.4 Warranty & Support

  • 90-day bug fix warranty from project delivery
  • Free support for critical bugs during warranty period
  • Ongoing maintenance available via separate agreement
  • Training provided for admin users

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and requirements
  • Timely feedback and approvals (within 5 business days)
  • Provide necessary access to systems and resources
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 SaaS Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before renewal
  • No refunds for current billing period
  • Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation
  • Reactivation possible within 60 days

6.2 Custom Projects

  • Cancellation requires 14 days written notice
  • Client pays for completed work and expenses incurred
  • Partial deliverables transferred upon payment
  • Deposits are non-refundable

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Protect confidential information shared during engagement
  • Use confidential information only for project purposes
  • Not disclose to third parties without written consent
  • Return or destroy confidential materials upon request

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Legosols liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months
  • Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Client responsible for data backup and disaster recovery
  • Force majeure events exempt from liability

9. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Legosols reserves right to modify terms with 30 days notice
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Material changes communicated via email
  • Clients may terminate if they disagree with changes

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between parties
  • Mediation if negotiation fails
  • Arbitration in Gujranwala, Pakistan
  • Courts of Gujranwala as final jurisdiction
