1. Scope of Services

2. Service Delivery

  • All services are delivered remotely unless stated otherwise.
  • Work begins after scope finalization and initial payment (as per agreement).
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and communicated at the start of each project.

3. Revisions & Approvals

Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions based on the service tier. Additional revisions beyond the agreed count may incur extra charges. Prompt client feedback ensures smooth progress.

4. Payment Policy

  • All services require partial or full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices must be cleared within the due period to avoid delays.
  • Project files and deliverables are released upon full payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals.
  • Ensure availability for meetings or discussions when scheduled.
  • Follow communication protocols to avoid project delays.

6. Confidentiality

We uphold client confidentiality and sign NDAs upon request. Your ideas and business data are treated with the utmost discretion and security.

7. Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support is offered based on the selected service plan. Maintenance contracts can be arranged separately for ongoing support needs.

8. Termination of Service

Legosols reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to comply with terms, including payment delays, non-responsiveness, or violation of agreements.
